will be running the Diploma in OD-ETD Practices (ID 50333, NQF Level 5, 240
Credits), from the 12th July 2010, at the Oaklands Inn Conference Centre,
Oak Avenue, Randburg.
If you have already obtained the 120 Credits, which is a pre-requisite for
registration on this Diploma course, joining this programme will be the
ideal opportunity to obtain the remaining 120 credits, thereby providing you
with this full National Diploma in Occupationally-Directed Education,
Training & Development Practices, NQF Level 5.
The Diploma creates a learning pathway in the Education Training and
Development arena to enable progression for a career path within an
organisation. The qualification is rooted in actual practice and the learner
is expected to be part of a public or private organisation and / or company
operating in this arena.
Depending on areas of specialisation, recipients of this qualification will
be able to, amongst other skills; Analyse training needs, Design and develop
learning interventions and processes, Facilitate and evaluate learning,
Engage in and promote assessment and moderation practices, Provide learning
support to learners and organisations, Evaluate learning interventions and
conduct self evaluation, Conduct Skills Development Facilitation!

Training times: 08H30 until 16H30
Cost for full programme: R18, 500.00 excl: VAT @ 14 %
(This includes the learning materials, continuous
learner support throughout the programme, assessment and moderation of POE’s,
endorsement & certification, teas and lunch)
