This Assessor workshop is ideal for anyone responsible for planning and conducting assessments using reliable assessment tools. During this workshop we cover the principles and practices of outcomes based assessment including designing Assessment Guides and discovering how to conduct assessments and RPL, using these Assessment Guides.

Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) course |
|
During this training course, we will work through the process of legal requirements of an SDF. We start with the research required to complete and submit a workplace skills plan and move on to implementing the workplace skills plan and keeping all required records on training conducted. We end the programme by compiling and submitting the annual training report enabling you to identify and propose opportunities for your organisation to adopt a learning culture.

This workshop is recommended for trainers, educators, instructors and anyone that wishes to facilitate learning. This workshop will help you brush up on your facilitation skills as we identify learning styles, facilitation methods and discuss the do's and don'ts of facilitation and managing group dynamics.

Modiegi Kgokane, Director of Business Development for VeryCoolIdeas has become a proud new
Mum to a beautiful new bouncing baby girl, Mphoentle N'wayitelo Tshegofatso (Mpho for short),
a little sister to brother Keabetswe. Both mum and daughter are doing well. We are excited
to welcome our newest and youngest member to the VeryCoolIdeas family.

 Due to popular demand, VeryCoolIdeas will be running an additional Skills Development Facilitator
training course to be held from the 11th to the 14th of October at the Oaklands Inn Conference
Centre, 236a Oak Avenue, in Randburg.
This SDF training is a 4-day course, which has been integrated and aligned to 5 of the National
Assessment Unit Standards. After completing this course the learners will be equipped with the skills
needed to submit a workplace skills plan, implement the SDP and keep the required records. The
learners will also learn which processes need to be in place in terms of the legal requirements of the
SDF and how to compile and submit the annual training report.
The cost for the SDF training course is R5,600.00 per learner (excluding VAT at 14%) and includes:
- The 4-day training programme / all learning materials / teas and lunches
- A one-day follow-up workshop, which takes place 3 weeks after the training and which is an
interactive session with the learners to access how they are progressing with the activities
and practical assignments for their POE's
- Assessment, Moderation and Verification will be conducted by VeryCoolIdeas, as well as
endorsement and certification
