| Vincent is responsible for VeryCoolIdeas' office administration. His core function includes assisting with the preparation of the education, training and development programmes as well as arranging the logistics thereof. As a highly energetic and self-motivated individual, Vincent is eager to take on any challenge and has excellent analytical skills and problem solving abilities. He is innovative and creative and helps contribute towards delivering a positive experience for learners throughout the admin process. |

| Lee-Anne is motivated and passionate about teaching and learning. Her entrepreneurial spirit coupled with her drive to help others succeed has been the cornerstone of shaping her career. With more than 15 years experience in the training industry and a number of successfully completed national diplomas in education, training and development, Lee-Anne is considered an invaluable asset to the VeryCoolIdeas team. Her training portfolio includes facilitating and training the full OD-ETD qualification as well as facilitating Assessor Training, Communications Skills and Skills Development Facilitator training. |

Thando is a newly appointed member of the VeryCoolIdeas team. His primary role is to provide support and assistance to the project manager. Thando's key responsibilities include front office management as well as collating the training materials for the various
courses and workshops offered by VeryCoolIdeas. His never-give-up attitude, caring nature and willingness to always help, make him an ideal team player and a real pleasure to work with. |

| Sandra specialises in teaching and facilitating the Assessor, Moderator and Train-the-Trainer workshops. Her role also includes teaching learners a variety of soft skills needed in the workplace such as presentation skills, interpersonal skills, time management and effective business writing. Having been with VeryCoolIdeas for more than 5 years, Sandra lives the culture of cool, where her passion, professionalism and friendly approach is directed towards providing learners with the opportunity to discover their full potential. Sandra holds a BA Degree (majoring in English and Drama), a Secondary Teaching Diploma as well as a National Certificate in OD-ETD practices. |

| Kitso is one of the newest members of the VeryCoolIdeas facilitators' team who has more than 8 years experience in the training industry. Her passion is driven by her determination to see others succeed through learning interventions. Kitso's portfolio at VeryCoolIdeas includes facilitating the training and development workshops as well as teaching the customer service and sales courses. Her commitment and reliability to deliver service excellence with a smile makes her popular among her colleagues and learners. Kitso has successfully completed a number of courses related to education, training and development including her National Certificate in OD-ETD practices, Assessor Training and Skills Development Facilitator training. |

| Graeme joined the VeryCoolIdeas team in 2006. He is considered a highly articulate individual who has the patience, commitment and excellent communication skills that contribute towards the success of his learners. Graeme is primarily responsible for facilitating Learnership courses as well as teaching and assisting learners with special needs. His unique approach to learning, coupled with his knowledge, flexibility and understanding of how to reach his learners in a variety of creative ways makes Graeme an asset to VeryCoolIdeas. Graeme has successfully completed his National Certificate and Diploma in OD-ETD practices, Assessor and Moderator training. Graeme is an inspiration to his learners and has redefined the word fail to mean F.A.I.L = "First Attempt in Learning". |

| Louis' area of expertise is management with his core strength being his ability to strategise. This has contributed towards the longevity and success he has experienced in the training industry with more than 21 years under his belt. Driven by his positive attitude and creativity, Louis' portfolio includes developing training materials, facilitating and assessing specialist programmes in OD-ETD as well as facilitating and assessing the management and development programmes offered by VeryCoolIdeas. Regarded as an intellect, Louis holds a number of degrees, which includes BA Languages, B.Hons. Applied Linguistics and D.Litt. Et Phil. Applied Linguistics. In addition to this impressive list of qualifications, Louis is proficient in four languages, namely English, Afrikaans, German and French, which provides VeryCoolIdeas with a unique opportunity to expand into untapped markets. |
