Workshop 2 3 days Analyse Training Needs (15 credits)
This workshop is recommended for anyone involved in the skills planning and skills reporting of a company. This workshop uncovers the process of skills profiling by conducting a skills gap analysis through target audience analysis and task analysis.
19-22 July
Workshop 3 5 days Develop Learning Materials (35 credits)
This workshop is a must for learning programme designers and developers. During this workshop we will learn how to design and develop outcomes based learning programmes in line with ETQA requirements from completing the curriculum framework to developing a full Learner Guide and Learner Workbook with an accompanying Facilitator Guide.

Facilitate Learning (10 credits)
This workshop is recommended for trainers, educators, instructors and anyone that wishes to facilitate learning. This workshop will help you brush up on your facilitation skills as we identify learning styles, facilitation methods and discuss the do's and don'ts of facilitation and managing group dynamics.

19-22 September
Workshop 5 3 days Assess Learning (25 credits)
This workshop is ideal for anyone responsible for planning and conducting assessments using reliable assessment tools. During this workshop we cover the principles and practices of outcomes based assessment including designing Assessment Guides and discovering how to conduct assessment and RPL, using these Assessment Guides.
17-19 October
Workshop 6 3 day Coach and Mentor Learners (16 credits)
This workshop is a must for anyone involved in identifying learners' needs, drawing up development plans for learners, providing support in assessment/evaluation of own performance and enabling learners to plan, prepare and implement moderation. We also learn about reporting and recording learners' progress and achievements and we compile learning pathways, individual development plans and action plans.
14-16 November
Workshop 7 3 day Moderate Learning (10 credits)
During this workshop, we explore the various approaches to moderation, reporting and recording of developments in line with ETQA requirements and best practice.
12-14 December
Workshop 8 3 day Co-ordinate Learning (6 credits)
This workshop is geared for training administrators, co-coordinators and training managers. Learn to manage and administer each phase of the learning Cycle from skills profiling through to verification, co-ordination and reporting on the activities and interventions undertaken. We also learn how to identify, recruit and select suitable service providers and manage return on investment.
