VeryCoolIdeas is pleased to announce that a full National Certificate in OD-ETD Practices has been scheduled to run in Cape Town, from the 5th March 2012.
Over the last 12 months, we have had numerous requests for, not only the full Certificate programme, which is a National Qualification on NQF Level 5, but also for the individual skills workshops that make up the programme.
As such, learners from the Western Cape and hopefully from bordering regions will be able to either enrol on the full certificate programme or enrol on any of the individual skills workshops!
Learners will thus be able to choose from the following courses: how to analyse training needs, how to develop learning materials, |
how to assess learning, how to facilitate learning, how to coach and mentor learners, how to moderate learning, how to coordinate learning in an organisation.... or they can join the full Certificate programme and do all of these courses as part of the full programme!
VeryCoolIdeas is also excited to announce that we are running the Skills Development Facilitation course from the 21-24 May 2012!
