Tessa Poonan  Project Manager

Tessa's career spans Retail Banking, Sectional Title Management and her current role of Project Manager for VeryCoolIdeas since 1 November 2005. Tessa is responsible for coordinating every element of the training sessions. Tessa prides herself on delivering service excellence while going the extra mile.

With over 14 years of retail banking experience, Tessa's organisational skills and cool head makes her perfect for the role of Project Manager at VeryCoolIdeas. Tessa's prime responsibility is to manage and coordinate the end to end processes of the many training courses offered by VeryCoolIdeas. This includes arranging training venues and facilitators as well as communicating and coordinating with the learners and any associated administration.

Tessa started her career with Standard Bank, working her way up the corporate ladder to the foreign exchange desk. Tessa then went on to join First National Bank as a Customer Service Consultant in May 1998.

In 2001, Tessa left the banking industry to join Sectional Title Trust where she took up the position of accounts team leader. Her main function at Sectional Title Trust included administration and account management. Tessa then joined Auction Alliance for a short period of time, and in November 2005, Tessa joined VeryCoolIdeas.

Throughout her career path, Tessa has gained extensive knowledge and skills in perfecting the art of project management which is underpinned by her planning and implementation skills coupled with the ability to remain structured and focused. Regarded as a people's person, Tessa is passionate about client service and delivering a quality service.

Always willing to go the extra mile, Tessa is a great team-player with a natural drive to succeed. Tessa has successfully completed a certificate in book keeping and is in the process of completing an Assessor's Training course.

Tessa is an invaluable member of the VeryCoolIdeas team. Her passion to succeed is mirrored by her passion to see the learners succeed.
